Discuss how to build the Nameless, when combats might be too hard, and the best way to get by in Sigil. Questions always welcome. |

It's been mentioned in another thread, but a lot of the dialogue options depend on Int, Wis, and Cha. Morte, the guy you get RIGHT AWAY in the game, is a very effective tank, capable of taunting, possessing a lot of Dex and Con, which means he soaks damage like a Mofo. I find it makes the story a lot more interesting to be a weakling with a lot of mental stats, and have Morte take all the damage. Plus, that lends well to a Mage build, and trust me - you want to play this game as a mage at least once. The high-level spells are totally worth it. |

Intelligence+Wisdom is the way to go. Constitution is also great, even if you don't want to fight - the Nameless One's regeneration ability is tied to constitution. Get it high enough, and you become practically invincible. Charisma is also very fun. Wisdom is also very important if you like having a big party - it gives you a boost to your portion of the XP that gets split. __________________ http://lovelanguagevideogames.blogspot.com/ |

Investigate everything. Read every description of every item. And above all - try to investigate every conversation as much as possible. The bulk of this game is in the writing. __________________ http://lovelanguagevideogames.blogspot.com/ |

Also, beyond that, it's in Sigil. You never know what might be a door or a key. |

| Pay attention to Morte when he says not to do things. Or ignore him, but save first. |

If you find combat a drag, change the game's difficulty to "easy" in the options menu. It only affects how much damage enemies do. __________________ http://lovelanguagevideogames.blogspot.com/ |

OK, is there a command, like pressing TAB in Baldur's Gate or Dragon Age, that highlights all NPCs and interactible objects? EVERTYTHING IS BROWN. |

There is an option in the menu to highlight objects that can be picked up. __________________ http://lovelanguagevideogames.blogspot.com/ |

| The only option I've found is to have objects highlighted when the mouse is over them. Is there something that will highlight objects even when the mouse isn't over them? |

I just learned this the hard way so i thought i would share my wisdom. I wanted to buy some tattoos but was short on funds, so i thought of a great idea. Why don't i train myself as a thief, pickpocket the merchants and sell their goods back to them?
Bad idea.
If you steal something, make sure you're going to use it. The merchants won't buy anything stolen because they wont touch 'fenced goods'. Looks like i have to find another way to raise some money
